Store Policy [Extended Policy part 2]

Shipping:

To insure the utmost freshness in our products, all candles, bath teas, milk bath, bath salts, and bath fizzes are made to order. Orders are processed in the order in which they are placed, therefore depending on the size of your order it could take up to 5 days before your items are ready to ship
Orders Containing Candles:
 
Orders containing candles especially during the summer months will be held until the Monday following receipt of payment.  This is so that your candles do not sit in a hot truck and melt.  Example: If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday it will ship within ten (10) days.  This will also depend on your location.
Method of Shipment:
 
To help keep the cost of shipping down we ship via Priority Mail and Fed Ex Ground.  Priority mail can take up to 5 business days and has been known to take longer.  Fed Ex Ground will depend solely on your zone.  Please consider these shipping times when placing your order.
Shipping charges will be determined once your order is made and packaged.  We do everything possible to save our customers money therefore you will not be billed for your shipment until your invoice has been completed which will be the day your order ships.
Both USPS Priority Mail and Fed Ex Ground are zoned, please take care to choose the correct shipping rate as this could result in extra charges

Insurance:
 
Although we go to great lengths to carefully package your shipment so that it arrives with no damage, it has been our experience that at times, especially during Christmas, packages have either been lost in transit or damaged.  Therefore, items being shipped via USPS will be a charged for shipping insurance which will be the published USPS price.  Currently it is $1.75, your invoice will reflect this charge.  In the event that something happens to your shipment, we will take care of all the paperwork for you and reprocess your order.
